Deleted content showing up in profile activity

I can't reproduce this. What's also interesting is that I noticed in your screenshot it says something like "this topic has been moved". How exactly were these topics deleted?

Using the multimod checkboxes in posts.

The post content is a result of an app that creates an automatic reply. Nothing special.
