Comments link on content preview doesn't really work

I'm marking this as "not a bug". "getNewComment" uses the last read time to calculate which comment to use, and if the content is read, it just goes to the beginning. Basically, it seems to be working as intended.

Shouldn't it go to the last comment in this case? 🤨

Ok why not, but it seems more logical to go to the last comment as @teraßyte said

Here it's not really about if we go at the end or not.

It's more about to have the same everywhere.

If I click on "x comments" on the listing of a database, we are moving to top of article's section comments with "#comments" at the end. 
If I click on "x comments" on a preview of an article (inside a comments, post on a forum, ...) we are moving on the top of the article (because all comments already read)
