[B2] Fresh install, no template hooks working in advanced theme editor

Any app, template hook, simple insert of a <div>derp!</div>, any hook point, any location: before, after, inside, etc.

Not a one works. Fresh install if that matters. No console errors. Nothin in system logs. Caches cleared, etc...
