Please try clearing your browser cache, and the sites cache from the admin CP. Im not able to replicate this one unfortunately

Everything clean and clear with edge 129.0.2792.79

and the issue still persists.

This is not a software bug. 

If you have Windows 10, you have an older version of Emoji (Segoe UI Emoji) and are simply missing some of the newer icons.

Go to Settings > Personalization > Fonts and find Segoe UI Emoji

BTW: In Windows 11, the latest version of Segoe UI Emoji is 1.51
