PDF has mobile nav bar on third page

Also, it would be nice to prevent the footer being shown on the last page. 
 

And, if you could suppress printing other links at the bottom of the page, that would be great. 
 

I want to save especially interesting topics to PDFs for long term archiving and the nicer you can make this PDF the better. 
 

I’m using Safari on the latest version of iOS. 

BTW, huge improvement in v5 vs v4. 
 

I appreciate the attention to detail you are putting into v5.
