Updated IPS v 5.03 - V 5.04 B1 - was no problem - can access admin cp - but att come up to site - 500 error ?

Come in Admin cp - no problem

Visit site = no - 500 error

No errors in syslogs

You will want to obtain the error log entry from your Server Error log for this error.

You'll want to check your server's configuration with your hosting provider/server administrator as there should most definitely be errors log :)

try to reupload the files

i finished update - no problem - admincp can access - not front page

I just upgraded my test site everything went fine

As mentioned, you'll want to contact your hosting provider. As a 500 Internal Server Error should always log the error as there are no other means of getting what the actual error ;)

Like I said re download the 5.0.4 beta1 files and reupload them maybe you missed something

I am seeing a 500 Internal Server Error. A white page would also be logged just the same though.

test site works not - same domain

You should find a way to add more error debugs. Unfortunately, the default debug files don't show any errors to see the reason why the site doesn't work.

The server side is up and running, so it's ready to have this site live. However, it appears that this issue is not related to something we usually provide assistance with. This case needs to be solved by a developer.

Please contact your developer with a request to fix the issue with your website.

Please keep in mind that a 500 Internal Server Error is an error on the server and interrupting the code's execution. Having debug logs would not help in this instance and the server is responsible for gathering the error. Without a server error log entry defining what the error is, we cannot know it.

Unfortunately, we need what the error is from your server's error logs. Your hosting provider or server administrator will need to get this. There is no moving forward without it. If they do not want to assist you, you will want to move to a hosting provider that will.

Found problem - disabled app and site works ok - test site - should be same in main site

your test site is working I disabled the chatbox thats causing the problem.

go to ACP and disable the video box app see if your site comes back

you will have to get in touch with the developer and see why that is happening.
