Yes, we've had upgrade issues before. I think it's the age of the site, we've been patching and upgrading for 20 years now!

No DB restore since the last successful patch.

Glad to hear that it has been fixed. The code that you posted contained only the file associated with the error, but not the error itself. Hence why I asked.
