Dear Support Team,

I’m encountering an issue with my forum website. Specifically, during the last transaction, the IBP invoice appears perfect and includes all the necessary details. However, the corresponding Stripe transaction shows the customer as a "Guest," and no email or additional details were fetched.

Here are some key details:

  • Forum Software: Invision Community Suite  v4.7.19
  • Payment Gateway: Stripe
  • Issue: Customer details (e.g., email address) are not being sent to Stripe; transactions are marked as "Guest."

I’d appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue so that customer details are passed correctly to Stripe during transactions. If there’s any configuration or setting in the Invision Community Suite or Stripe that I need to check, please let me know.
