Usergroups switch from (Z-A) to (A-Z) works not!

Disabled all plugins and APPS = no fix

Uninstalled 3 Themas = no fix

Use IPS 4.7.19 and PHP 8.30 

Will send video att you can see what i mean

Use html - code and on my test site - works fine!

That looks to be different than your live site. Keep in mind it sorts on name so whatever is in the group name will be impacted.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

That was att i fixed that i updated my details in my client area 😀

I do not fixade my issue 😒

Made same apps and plugins in my test site - lake are on my main site and works usergroup switch work fine!

Where is problem? 

Deleted my Themes on main site = same problem

Username format same html code on both sites

Only difference between my main site and test site is that test site was install from 4.7.19 and main site from 4.7.18 - 4.7.19

Something in your custom language pack is causing you issues there. When using a default unaltered language pack, its sorting without any problem

Please i tested and use unaltared language pack - same problem - clean cache - same problem 

Can you show what i must do or You can leave like should work - please

You can see there that the language pack is customized. You will want to use an unmodified language pack by clicking the "Create New" button.
