Problem with new register.

Hey I try register new user and it showns in IPS 5.0. I change nothing, only enabled dev mode.

Is this happening outside of dev? You would need the dev tools to have dev mode switched on

Looks like a valid bug if Commerce is disabled. I'll log it.
