Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted May 24, 2024May 24 Community Expert Is it possible to disable access to the website without logging in, forcing users to log in to see the homepage? However, in that case, search engine robots will not see the page, new topics, and they will not be indexed. Is there a way to solve this, or am I mistaken?
May 24, 2024May 24 Community Expert No. If you allow search engines to see something, and block guests simultaneously, Google (and others too I believe?) will penalize your site in results.
