Does anyone know how to get back into the admin panel when this happens

My form has been down all day, we had a script to put in for a new ad Network and I think it caused problems.

I have a support ticket open but the site's been down all day so hopefully someone else will see this.

The form won't load for some people most of them because of the script. When I go to the admin panel I get a template error.

Invision told me they put the site in recovery mode but I still get the same error. Anyone have any thoughts?

There was a link on your site that was giving me a 500 error when I clicked it

However if I strip the URL to IPB’s actual address without the content after the query string, it works

Also I’m seeing many posts from today, even in the last hour.

You might want to fix your links.

This link works for me. You seem to have a lot of members posting just fine.

I was also able to access your AdminCP's login screen.

The admin panel login screen is loaded fine, but when you try to login you get the aforementioned error. That error is general and doesn't tell us much. Hence my suggestion at the OP 's other topic, to check the core_log table in the database and see what are the most recent error messages logged in there, as that might give us more information on the cause/nature of the error.

Yes, I read their reply at their other topic. In that case the OP is in very good hands. The Ips staff will sort this out for them.

I hope so we've been down for two days. Some can login others can't .
