Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
SecondSight Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Hello, 🙂 For some reasons, I've had my account locked on my own community. I noticed then that the only message was "Something went wrong". (something like that I would like to show another message (Something like "Your account has been locked due to too many errors. Contact the admin for help." Is this possible ? Thank you, 🙂
Jim M Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Something went wrong typically indicates that something went wrong. I would check your System Log for further input on what happened because something could have gone further wrong interrupting that message. When the account is locked due to too many attempts with incorrect credentials, that would display a message indicating that. Miss_B 1
