I disabled the Achievements in ACP (badges and ranks) but they're still showing on the frontend even in incognito mode as seen in attachment.  Is there something else I must do in order to hide them?

 

 

Your theme seems not to be compatible with the IPS version you’re using.

U need to manualy remove that part of code in themes or create clean from ips 

If I was to create completely clean ips theme so I have the latest of everything, how would I go about doing that?  (I understand I'll lose existing style but Im ok with that)

Did that.  Looks good.  But when I try logging in , I receive "

What about the applications? Try to disable them as well.
