Its not doing anything and stuck like this below, let me know how can we bring our site back or troubleshoot this issue. Its been like this for around 1 hour and sessions expired and giving issue like this even after retry.

What happens if you close this window, and again in the address bar create a link

Its asking to try to login and after I entered login details this is the state.

You're missing files for Blogs.

Download and uploads all fail from your Client area

You log in to this site in your Client area

Download latest version

Extract files

Log in ftp

Uploads all files

Open browser

Start ..../admin/upgrade

Somehow the upgrade was completed now, but the "Blog" was disabled.

 

What can we do to bring back the blog in our site?

SImply enable it.

It doesn't work infact Upgrade was broken and its still showing old version.

 

Also, not giving option to enable "Blogs", see this below

Check permissions your folder applications/blogs -ftp login

Should be 0755

You must upgrade the Blogs application too.

Blogs either was skipped or not all files were uploaded so it wasn't upgraded. Please ensure all files are uploaded and then go to /admin/upgrade to complete the upgrade.

Whats not clear is, when we say upload all the files after ftp login, where those should be uploaded - is there any exact location ?

where your site files are. If you are using a primary domain, you should upload files to the root directory

@Afrodude Helped me on how to upgrade manually and its done smoothly.
