Posted March 19, 20231 yr Hello, My get support page is reporting "Server time may be inaccurate" My server time (UTC) is accurate. NTP is enabled. Another issue is that the server IP on this page is not accurate, displaying a private IP instead of my server public IP. I think the IP issue is related to the time issue. Thanks.
March 19, 20231 yr Excluding the IP related issue above, AdminCP is showing the same, "Server time may be inaccurate", message. I came here and searched see if anyone else had reported this problem, seems I am not alone... Ted.

March 19, 20231 yr Author Look like it has been fixed. The IP is not an issue, it is because of my server provider NAT configuration.
March 19, 20231 yr We experienced some connection issues with our licensing/remote services systems this morning. It is back up now and accessible. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused.
August 26, 2024Aug 26 Same problem on our productive system. Time is correct! Staging system with nearly same content shows no error? Edit: Edited August 26, 2024Aug 26 by Koper74
August 26, 2024Aug 26 You’ll want to contact your hosting provider for assistance. Your server time is off, even if just by a few seconds can create issues so your hosting provider needs to correct that

As mentioned, even if it is off by a few seconds this warning will appear as it can cause issues. Server configuration is beyond our scope of support so if you continue to have issues, you will want to contact your hosting provider or hire a server administrator if you do not have a managed hosting provider.
