Hello,

 

 

Does anyone know what is happening?

 

When I go onto my site, I get these banners. I confess, I haven't upgraded in a while.

 

When I click Upgrade Now and go through the normal process, it gets to the "Applications" stage and then I get this:

 

After that it takes me back from the site, and the Upgrade Notice banners come back.

 

Anyone have any ideas for how I can upgrade the site?

I got this same scenario this morning before it getting stuck. All I did was to back out of it and run the upgrade again and it ran... before getting stuck. Posted a thread and @Marc Stridgen helped me out.

That would be a slightly different issue, but we're handling it via the ticket. 🙂

This issue should now be resolved for you, and you should be able to go ahead and upgrade. Please let us know if you have any further issues of course
