automatic Topics when xx Topics wroten or at anniversay

Hi,

 

I'm looking for an extension where you can set that after xx written posts in the forum in general or by a member or on an anniversary of registration, a topic, pm or e-mail is automatically created / sent.
Is there such a thing?
