I have established that the problem is his end and has only occurred since the latest forum software update. He is using an iPad with software 10.3.3 Any suggestions/help gratefully received Many thanks Bill

Marc Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 It sounds like it may be a 4th gen, just based on the version, as that's the last version able to be updated to on a 4th generation ipad. Unfortunately that device is a decade old, and it may well be a situation he is unable to resolve there. We can only provide support for the latest browsers unfortunately.
