Hi there,

we seem to be having an issue with our site. I upgraded to 4.7 yesterday and today the filter section of the forum stream has been buggy. I tried to lo into the dashboard and it says the upgrade hasn't been finished. I try and complete it and it throws out this error:

Could contain: Text, Paper, Business Card]

It doesn't matter which one of the buttons I push it loops back to this page.

Please can someone assist urgently, our members are losing their minds that they can't get onto our site.

Regards,

Brad

I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can get it looked into and upgraded for you. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible

Urgent issues like this would tend to be looked at straight away. I cannot give an estimate on how long it will take to resolve until we have looked at what is causing the issue.

It seems you're not alone with this issue: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/467994-update-to-ips-47-gives-me-this-error/ So anyway what was the fix there @Marc Stridgen? (just in case I or anyone else encounter similar problem during update)

This was patched this morning so if you're encountering this, please ensure that you have the latest files from the Client Area.

It was not something in which we could easily share, however as my colleague stated there, we have added into the latest patched release something that will resolve the issue during the upgrade process

I see your issue has also been resolved in the ticket on this one, so you should be good to go. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues
