I get this error when I try to update with an option to click retry or continue 

What does it mean?

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

Can you check admin login again?

While ACP access works, FTP access is not working. Please verify and update both to ensure they are both working.

Looks like your site has been restored but that value exists so I have created a ticket to see what is happening here during this upgrade step and see if we can resolve this before your next attempt. Please see your email for further correspondence.

I see that you have restored to backup there and my colleague has resolved what seems to have been the issue on your database. Please let us know if you have any further issues of course
