Good evening Invision Forums

I am a new self-hosted user of Invision Community! We had a critical failure of our website and both the database and the web itself experienced downtime lasting 3hrs. After which time, the host came online and now we are having issues regarding the member list on the website. Each time we attempt to access the Members list, we experience:

This issue only occurred AFTER we experienced the downtime. I followed a guide on your forums to 'clear the cache' and change the database table type from InnoDB -> MyISAM and use phpMyAdmin to repair, to no avail on either front.

I've not completed a backup of the site or database since its incarnation a little over 10 days ago, leaving me in a few tears of exhaustion working this out.

Please help! Thank you in advance.

Turns out during that downtime, a user signed up and somehow received no usergroup. The issue was completely server-side. Topic can be locked. Apologies for wasting time.
