what's the difference between "Automatic Reply Based in Title Words" and "auto reply to topics"?

Is it possible to install and use both of them?

Auto Reply will create a generic reply. Auto Reply Based in Words will only create a reply if it found the title any word you previously added in the database.

You can use both.
