Reference guidelines in text on signature page

The default for language string ensure_signature_restrictions is "Please ensure your signature complies with the following restrictions"

I would suggest you throw in a reference to the guidelines when this message is shown too, which I've chosen to do in my translation. Reason was members sort of chose to misunderstand the page.

My chosen translation would be this in english: 

Please ensure your signature complies with the <a href='{internal.app=core&module=system&controller=guidelines}'>guidelines</a> and the following restrictions
