Posted January 13, 20223 yr Hello I have an error message that appears on our forum [[Template forums/front/index/forumRow is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] everything is correct with the themes. What should I do to stop seeing this message? Edited January 13, 20223 yr by L00PING
January 13, 20223 yr everything is correct with the themes. It doesn't seem so. Have you tried to run the support tool to restore the default theme like the message says, or have you tried different themes to see if they too are affected? You should also deactivate any third-party applications or plugins you have recently installed, as they may cause issues such as this.
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert I cant actually seem to get to a few pages on your site. Have you moved servers? Also, have you tried disabling all 3rd party items to test this?
January 13, 20223 yr Author @Runar everything was working fine until two days ago, we have been using the theme: ChameleonDark 4.6.8 for several months @Marc Stridgen We have made some changes since a few days. Mainly with "page" and databases. and also some graphical modifications. we moved some forums, but using the tree structure of the admin. We did not move our servers they are still hosted at the same place and we did not touch that side.
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert I cannot get to the post content at present due to a block you have on post content from certain locations. In order to take a look at that, you need to ensure the user on file has full admin access, and that item is disabled.
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert This is the one I just clicked onhttps://swissstarships.org/forums/index.php?/topic/7130-commandes-de-base-star-citizen-clavier-qwerty-316/ Its showing recaptcha, which is not something that is stock on topics like that
January 13, 20223 yr Author is this a legal issue. Because the member does not have access to the HTML. And I edited the iFrame thank you for your help but I do not understand this problem of recaptcha?
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert You have a recaptcha item on your page. I cannot get through it as its broken. Im not sure what you mean by it being a legal issue there.
January 13, 20223 yr Author sorry my English is very bad, I wanted to talk about permission. I don't see any application or recaptcha plugin in the admin. Is there an option in the admin menus?
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert This is not something that is within our software. So something being added by a 3rd party item, or by your server. If you are unsure, you should contact your hosting provider
January 13, 20223 yr Author we have not made any changes to our host. Would you like to log in to our admin to check?
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert As mentioned, you need to make sure the account on file has admin access. At present there is nothing I can check Note, the front end of your site is also now showing in maintenance
January 13, 20223 yr Author the forum in question has administrator access I think I understand. You have admin permissions on the account: ips_forum
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert Something is causing this on your server. You need to find out what that is, as its causing issues with your site unfortunately.
January 13, 20223 yr Author These are external links I deleted the posts, but I still have the problem.
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert I need a specific page you are seeing that issue on in order to advise. If you can provide this, we can take a closer look for you
January 13, 20223 yr Author I have an error message only on the forum home https://swissstarships.org/forums/
January 13, 20223 yr Community Expert Solution As mentioned in my first response, you should disable all 3rd party items to test. This is being caused by the 3rd party item "collaboration", which is named "Academy" on your site. When that is disabled there are no issues present
January 13, 20223 yr his is being caused by the 3rd party item "collaboration", which is named "Academy" on your site See the following posted in Community Support:
January 13, 20223 yr Author thank you very much for your help. Sorry I had disabled the group collaboration application. But when I wanted to uninstall the application, it must have activated. I wish I could uninstall Group Collaboration permanently, but I get an error message: I don't want this application anymore, its author doesn't update it and it doesn't work with version 4.6
