December 15, 20213 yr Community Expert If you can update your access details on file, and then put the issue admin name in the notes, that would do the trick. You can do this from your client area, by selecting your license and selecting to review/update details
December 15, 20213 yr Community Expert Could you please go to the Client Area and download a full set of files then extract those to your computer. Then please upload these to your server, overwriting what is there. Then please have them try again.
December 15, 20213 yr Community Expert Would this overwrite any configuration, posts or topics? No, nothing like that.All that stuff is stored in the database. From the error that you posted, it looks like a case of missing file(s). Reuploading the files will take care of that.

December 16, 20213 yr Author So, when I upload and overwrite my old files it asks me to install the software again. I have a backup created so I didn't lose anything though.

Have you really only overwritten the existing files or replaced the old directories with the new uploaded ones( some FTP clients do this with a cryptic confirmation message)
