looking in my ACP I see the call back url is: 

https://mydomain.com/applications/core/interface/facebook/auth.php

But looking at the documentation it says: 

https://mydomain.com/oauth/callback/

When was this change introduced? My FB login has been offline for quite a while.

I believe this was around 4.3. Note that it will not break what you have there already if you already had one in place.

the first URL mentioned, actually redirects to the new one. You need to ensure your servers are not blocking facebook requests. From the above, it seems that they are

We wouldnt usually document items related to server items, but I will make a note to see if I can add a note there somewhere. Cloudflare is quite a common cause of many issues, which is why its shown in the admin CP

I can't figure this out I have done every white list I can think of and it its still blocked.

Thank you team!  We were able to trace the issue down to a setting in the FB app I had my servers IP address in this field way down deep in the advance settings on FB app page. This was setup a long time ago before I had to move too Cloudflare to mitigate an active attack from Russia earlier this year.

I can't figure this out I have done every white list I can think of and it its still blocked. 

 

I `ve got exact the same issue and I have whitelisted my server ip in fb devs app.

What am I missing??

In both cases I get the same error when I try to login from acp.

I tried again just now.

Login/signup to forum with fb account works fine.

Are you allowing only a specific URL somewhere? I ask with you stating its only the admin CP. Other than that, it may be worth opening a ticket with facebook on this

No nothing like that.

I'm trying to connect from acp in case this is the problem I can not promote to fb

If I click "ok" in this window the url I get is :

mydomain/oauth/callback/?_=_

As mentioned, you would really need to submit a topic with facebook, as its them who are blocking.
