Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
InvisionHQ Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 (edited) Hi, I have just discovered a huge error log file on my server with this entry repeated thousands of times: PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/home/example.com/public_html/datastore/widget_activeUsers_ons5o53js_760bfcc9a723e08a529d5de4b18491ca .5bca532ded.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/example.com/public_html/system/Data/Store/FileSystem.php on line 105 Any ideas/advice? Marc Posted November 15, 2021 Posted November 15, 2021 Before anything else, have you cleared the datastore to ensure its not simply something that has failed to write properly? To do this you would go to Support, then select "Clear cache"
InvisionHQ Posted November 15, 2021 Author Posted November 15, 2021 Yes I have tried but nothing has changed. Could it be a problem related to cloudflare?
Marc Posted November 15, 2021 Posted November 15, 2021 There is very much a possibility of that, yes. I would suggest disabling that completely. Especially while trying to diagnose issues.
InvisionHQ Posted November 15, 2021 Author Posted November 15, 2021 uhm... no it doesn't. I disabled cloudflare to try and the problem persists. Problem that may be related to this widget (who is browsing) quirks: does not see me and only puts the comma. After x minutes it updates and I start to appear.
Luuuk Posted November 16, 2021 Posted November 16, 2021 (edited) After upgrading to 4.6.8 I have the same error reocurring on the same line: PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot/datastore/widget_activeUsers_dcw20pzk3_c8e1a1ef8c307cfbc9802e8326cf54bc.2f4760498a.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\system\Data\Store\FileSystem.php on line 105 PHP 7.4.1, datastore is writeable, system caches cleared, no Cloudflare.
