No Foreign keys in Mysql InnoDB

Hi All,
We are using a self hosted install for Invision platform.
After we installed the software, When I looked at the tables through phpmyadmin, I do not see any foreign keys on the tables. I saw that all the tables are running on InnoDB. Do I have to create the foreign keys manually myself. Are these not defined by default?
Is there any available document that shows how the tables are linked to each other?
