[4.6.X] Percent/progress bar to next rank

Hi,

I think it could be useful to promote participation/contribution in our communities to have a "accomplished percent to next level/rank" in the ranks/badges users profile view. 
Of course it could be managed by arranging ranks as a percent of a total number of points, but if it is not the choice maded by the community's owners, the users will never have the opportunity to know "how far from next level" they are. This could be counterproductive because it may cause discourage from the users.
