I just installed the " Download " application. I just want to make the " Admin " able to upload and sell files. Been searching for a while now - any help where I can adjust those settings ?

Edit admin group and under Downloads tab allow for it for this group only. 🙂

You need to have Commerce installed, then go to Coomunity -> Downloads -> Settings and enable it:

Then go to Groups and give permission to those groups who can post paid files.

When your creating your download file on the front-end, it will ask the type of the file. You will want to click "Paid" and it will present options for price.

I was checking that - maybe I have overseen it. Can I edit that later ?

Yes, you can edit the file and change it later.

Just go to your client account and download the latest version of the IPB once you got your license and upload it.

Hi Mark, I purchased it already, is there a way to use the "Download" feature only? What I mean is that, were not ready yet to upgrade the IPB, but just want to use the "download" feature.

So how do I extract this "download" feature only to my existing version?

You cannot add downloads to an older version in that manner. You would need to ensure you are using the latest release first
