Paid Plugin/App Request: Secure S3 Compatible Downloads

The S3 Compatible Plugins app by @All Astronauts is a great plugin which I use to make sure Wasabi works fine.  That said I would like to have the option to use S3 Compatible Storage providers that require a secure connection when downloading the file.  From my understanding this is simply doing the same thing as this app but with the option to customize the URL with a signed key or something.

The intent is to get this working with Digital Ocean or Backblaze, as in my test the two services do not allow Content Disposition on an anonymous request where Wasabi does.

I modified the default file to make it work with OVH S3 with signature and all, later converted that into an add-on. If you need a copy (Free ofc) to test with blackblze/Digital Ocean, drop me a PM.
