Personal data specific rights per group of users

Currently you can set two levels of personal data information access when you create a new field :

. public : everyone can se it ;

. private/restricted : only administrators & moderators can see it.

Of course, create a secondary moderator group with no other right than to see private/restricted data may be some kind of a solution, but it is not a good idea, because some informations really needs to be visible only by moderators (like e-mail address).

So I suggest you add a possibility to decide which groups can see the private data. It could be done by private data set (and not per data), but I think it is something that could be really useful.
