Is it template styling that you are concerned about? Don't you think that - on balance - it would be easier and better for you in the long-run to simply commission a custom Pages template from @opentype rather than trying to integrate an entire CMS for only articles? When you integrate with another third-party platform, you inherit all of the technical issues of maintaining the third-party platform AND the bridge. You also lose out on the notifications, theming, etc.
