[Paid] Application similar to Badges application

Hello,

I am looking for badges/ribbons/marker similar to Badges application. But instead of assigning it to a group, I want to assign it to threads? 

Basic Idea - 

- Add the desired badge/ribbon/marker on ACP with additional options similar to - http://prntscr.com/wbkqw2

- Option on front end on thread view to select one of the badges

- Is something like this possible?
