Rebuild Download screenshots/thumbnails

Is there a script, hidden ACP menu, plugin or workaround to rebuild the thumbnails for all the files in the Download section?

I just upgraded a site with about 600 files and even though 90% of them have images uploaded, barely 1/5 shows up on the download index page.
