Set prefix as required option in post

Hi,

im not sure if this is the correct section but i have a question.

With the Plugin Advanced Tags & Prefixes i was able to set Prefix as required and the user had to choose from 3 befor post.

Is there any way to do this because the plugin is not updated and it will not be updated i guess. I would pay for this development aswell.
