Hi everyone,

I noticed this afternoon that I have an admin notification of a task not running.

The notification is Locked Task: usagereporting

Whenever I try to run this task, I get the red box error with a bunch of stuff in it with the error number 2C124/7.

I'm about to lodge a support request for this, but wanted to put it here as well to see if any others have had similar issues.

What is the full error message? 

Yes, I keep getting this and it’s highly annoying. I end up unlocking the task and run it manually but it appears every couple of week. 

Disable the Send diagnostic data? setting and you won't get it anymore.

While that is a solution, the fact remains that this is an error and it should be fixed and investigated into why it keeps happening.

It was improved for 4.5 🙂 

I'm going to disable it for now, but will follow this topic and maybe someone will post here and it will remind me to re-enable it after 4.5 is released. 🙂

Okay, oddly, I have to disable both checkboxes, or they both remain checked. I can't un-check "usage data" and keep "error reports" checked, as when I click "Save" they both stay checked. I had to uncheck both.
