Changing the color of the navigation header buttons

Hi, if you go here: https://community.pressurecleaningschool.com/ and will see that the Activity, Leaderboard, etc nav buttons are a very light color, similar to the custom header color. I can't find where I can alter the nav buttons- is that possible?

Are you using the Easy Editor?

Those colors are easily changeable via the Easy Editor, or by targeting them in custom.css

I went into Themes, main theme and then Edit.

In the latest IPB, I don't see that option.
