OctoDev Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Hey. I cannot find a single method, to trace a PayPal transaction back to the IPS Commerce app? How is that possible? I.e if someone opens a dispute, how do I find the specific transaction/user on IPS? The PayPal transaction doesn't even contain the invoice id, for me to track it down. The user usually use a different PayPal email as well, so searching by email will not work.
IPCommerceFan Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 The "Payment reference" here should match up to the "Transaction ID" on the PayPal side: The Transaction # on the Commerce side should also match up to the "Invoice ID" on the PayPal side.
