Automatic follow up email after X days

I would like an automatic follow up plugin or app. This is to automatically PM specific user groups after X days from joining the forum. 

I do have an auto welcome plugin or app, and that is great, however I use this to welcome the members and although there is a "send after x days" option, this doesn't allow me to send a different message in addition to the welcome message.
