Facebook Login Integration

Hey all, so I have the login integration working fine, however, two issues.

First, it allows the member to choose to use their Facebook profile picture as well as their Facebook cover photo. If I select to use both, the profile picture displays fine, however, the cover photo does not display. Thoughts?

Lastly, if you log out so that you no longer are signed in via Facebook, should the profile picture still display for the user or should it go back to the default profile image? I would think it would remove anything that it got from Facebook if the accounts are no longer associated...no?
