Spambot:Guest, Write spam posts that I always have to approv

Is it possible Spambots: Guest, somehow lock in the CMS?
Because I checked somehow since yesterday many Russian spam messages, which I delete then.

Is there a way to automatically delete them or ban a guest's IP?
