FooterLinks Color Change for Specific Page?

How to target the footer links? I wish to change the footer links color in the specific page.

I'm able to just change the background image for a specific forum (say pageid=6):

How to change the footer links color for just that page? I tried words like footerlinks, elfooterlinks, navlang, but none of them worked.
