[Nexus] escalation tickets

Hello,
In Nexus, 
I'm trying to create escalation rules for tickets. It does not exist ?

-  I would like to be able to change a ticket of Department when there was no answer for 3 days by the support.

- I would also like to be able to make rules also in relation to custom fields and move it accordingly in the right department
