Limits members posts on topics

Hello,

I want to be able to limit the posting of new posts in a topic.
This option exists for forum categories, so you can configure them so that a new message or subject is submitted for validation.
I want to do the same thing but for a topic of my choice.

Why ? We have "sensitive" topics on our forum. Depending on the subject, the members are divided into two groups. The pros and cons. So I want to be able to validate any new post message of these topics. Indeed, some discussion goes into a spin and members send each other sweet words.
