How do I change what things are called?

I remember in previous versions it was relatively simple to go into the language pack and change what things are called, but I've been having trouble with that. Maybe I just didn't hit all instances, I'm not sure.

In this specific situation, I'm trying to modify some of the Calendar language. All of our events are virtual, not in-person, so I'd like to change some key words, such as "Going" changing to "Participating." Does anyone have guidance on how to best do this?
