Hello. 

I'm creating a few fields, but i got a question if this is possible to achieve? 

Member can choose gender: Male, Female or other 
If member select other, is it possible to add a "text" field so they can write what they want? 

Member choose: 
Other -> typed text in "Other" are shown as gender type
