How to gift someone a copy of my application?

I would like to gift another member on ICS an Application I've developed and released on the market place, is this possible? If so how do i do it?

Go to the file and click in Generate Purchase.

Unfortunately there is some sort of a delay on getting me my contributor title ? My app has been approved etc, just don't have the title. Trying to figure it out.
