Profile issue after upgrade to 4.3

After upgrading to 4.3 I noticed that profiles that have large cover images are VERY wide. (lots of scrolling needed)

It's like the css no longer forces resize which used to allow profiles to look normal.

Any one know how to fix?

Nevermind, it's got to be some plugin. I just need to narrow it down to which one is causing the issue.
